Refund & Payment Policy

(Applies to all paid services, subscriptions, and consulting engagements)

1. Payment Terms

  • All payments for services or subscriptions must be made upfront unless otherwise specified.

2. Refunds

  • Refunds are only applicable if specified within a service agreement. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@nebuleap.com within 7 days of the service start date. Refunds are granted only in cases where Nebuleap fails to deliver the agreed-upon service as outlined in the agreement.
  • No refunds for services already rendered.

3. Subscription Cancellations

  • Users may cancel their subscription anytime before the next billing cycle by submitting a cancellation request via their account dashboard or by emailing support@nebuleap.com at least 3 days before the next billing date.
